Install Atom editor from non-root account in ubuntu

I am very excited after upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04 and decide to install Atom (atom.io) but in non-root user. After a while, I could not find a solution, there is one solution here <https://discuss.atom.io/t/how-to-install-atom-on-a-linux-system-without-root-permissions/20000> which does not work. So I decide to utilize my little brain.

Well, the idea is simple: Deb is a compressed file so let extract it, and It works

Command: dpkg -x atom-amd64.deb /tmp/atom

run binary in […]/bin/
